Order Processing Time

  • Processing time is the time between when you place an order and when we hand the order to the carrier for shipment.

  • Orders are generally processed and shipped within 3–5 business days of order confirmation/payment. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may experience additional delay.

  • Our warehouse operates Monday–Friday during standard business hours, except on holidays. We take steps to minimize delays when holidays occur.

Shipping Locations & Restrictions

  • We ship to the United States and to international destinations (subject to carrier availability and local restrictions).

  • P.O. Box, APO/FPO/DPO shipping may not be available for certain shipping methods—if your address requires APO/FPO/DPO service, please contact support before ordering.

  • In rare cases, we may limit shipping to certain regions or temporarily suspend delivery to specific destinations based on carrier coverage.

Tracking

  • You will receive an email when your order ships, including a tracking number. Tracking numbers are usually activated within 24 hours, though activation can sometimes take longer during high-volume periods.

  • Tracking updates may take 48–72 hours to start appearing in the carrier’s system.

  • If you cannot track your package or tracking shows no movement, contact us at support@elephantunderwear.com, and we will investigate with the carrier and respond within 48 hours.

Delivery Time Exceeded

  • If your package has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at support@elephantunderwear.com. We will open an inquiry with the carrier and update you as soon as we have news.

Order Cancellations

  • If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We can cancel orders that have not yet shipped and will issue a full refund.

  • Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled—please follow the return process upon receipt.

About Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

  • For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may be charged by your country. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated. We have no control over customs processing or fees. Please contact your local customs office for details.

  • In some cases, customs may delay delivery; we are not responsible for delays beyond our control.

About Sales Tax

  • Sales tax collection depends on local tax laws. Any applicable taxes will be calculated and displayed at checkout where required by law.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact support@elephantunderwear.com with your order number and photos (if damaged). We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and advise on the next steps.

Additional Notes

  • For certain items (pre-orders, bulky items, or samples), shipping times and costs may differ. Any special shipping notes will be indicated on the product page.

  • We reserve the right to change shipping carriers, delivery options, and terms to improve service.
